Overview
The Capital Projects Manager position is accountable for overseeing capital projects for the BOK Center and Cox Business Convention Center clients in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to include the production of project budgets, management of project budgets, and management of the design, permitting, and construction process. This position will work closely with the Director of Operations, General Manager and City of Tula designated personnel to carry out all capital plans.
This role will pay a salary of $60,000 to $80,000.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college. Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in management of Capital Projects. Demonstrated skill in managing multiple functions and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and a commitment to team results are required.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Ability to work various workdays and hours to meet business needs including early/late hours, long days, weekends, and holidays. Must be reliable and punctual.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to properly write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to read, write and speak the English language effectively to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSE, REGISTRATIONS:
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License. Must have or be able to get the following: CPR, First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogen and AED

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Ability to proficiently utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as engineering software such as AutoCAD or similar.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Ability to demonstrate technical expertise in the fields of electrical engineering, plumbing, mechanical engineering, heating and air conditioning, and carpentry. Ability to demonstrate administrative skills.
