Job Description:
Ticket takers are members of the frontline at the ballpark! Between two primary roles, Box Office purchasing and ticket scanning at the main gate, ticketing help manage the flow of guests into the ballpark and scan those entering. Box office attendants sell single game tickets day of event and aid in the process of enjoying a Ballers game.
Responsibilities:
- Ticket scanning and gate management customer service
- Single game box office ticket purchasing
- Operation of POS for ticket sales
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to troubleshoot any minor technical issues.
- Strong customer service skills- you are the first point of contact for our fans!
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as baseball
games can occur during non-traditional working hours.
- Previous experience, ability to troubleshoot ticketing preferred.
