Alliance Highway Safety is a full-service marketing company that specializes in entertainment venue activation. We operate at over 600 venues each year to spread our client's community messaging. Our events happen across the country at a variety of established events such as minor league baseball, county fairs, concerts, motorcycle rallies, beer and wine festivals and high schools. We work heavily with promoting highway safety messages about drinking and driving, texting and driving, speeding and seatbelts.
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Director of Operations to join our growing organization and oversee all regional offices located across the country including, but not limited to Alaska, Tennessee, Colorado, and Connecticut. In this position, you will play a key role in client contract fulfillment and oversee each office's progress. You will be responsible for creating an environment that allows each office to successfully complete its contractual obligations and improve upon day-to-day metrics and results. Candidates should have a solid working knowledge of performance and operations management to optimize productivity and employee satisfaction. 
 
 
Director of Operations 
Responsibilities:

  • Manage client information using HubSpot portal efficiently.
  • Oversee the comprehensive Master Schedule of events nationwide for all clients.
  • Attend contract meetings for new client onboarding.
  • Provide support to regional managers, including scheduling and daily operations.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with regional managers and the Director of Youth Programs to evaluate event staff performance, assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure engagement expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager for weekly progress updates.
  • Generate monthly event reports.
  • Supervise the fulfillment of client contracts, including event setup and signage, ensuring adherence to client metrics.
  • Contribute to budget development and expense monitoring.
  • Coordinate the creation of client Proof of Performances (POP) on a weekly basis.
  • Travel to venues to oversee event displays and staff as needed.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong sponsor/vendor relationships with venue partners.
  • Maintain offices and storage facilities to professional standards.
  • Act as an event staff member when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or the events industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel for events, evaluate events and staff and assist with the execution of large and small events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Salary: $60,000 plus benefits package including healthcare with eye and dental, matching 401k after a year of employment, a cell phone stipend, student loan reimbursement, and unlimited PTO.
