Summary:
The Game Presentation and Fan Engagement Coordinator will assist the Director of Marketing with all Game Presentation and Fan Engagement elements and all day-to-day activities including but not limited to game presentation, sponsorship activation, and fan engagement opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Game Presentation
  • Create and execute theme nights and promotions
  • Order and manage all giveaways
  • Organize and book Event Entertainment to coincide with themes
  • Create game day documents including but not limited to game operations documents, time sheets, and production scripts
  • Create video board elements utilizing Adobe Suite
  • Organize the ANC computer for gameday video board production
  • Manage music catalog utilizing Click Effects
  • Direct production for all home Mariners games
  • Work closely with the Sponsorship Department to ensure activation of all required assets
  • Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure activation of all sold assets
  • Work closely with Hockey Operations to schedule player content
  • Work closely with the Arena Staff to ensure understanding of all pre-game, in-game, and postgame elements
  • Organize and run game operations meetings held prior to all games
  • Direct Building Union staff in all game day production needs
  • Manage the Promo Team for in-game activation 
  • Fan Engagement:
  • Assist the Community Relations Coordinator with all external events
  • Assist in fulfilling donation and appearance requests
  • Create and enhance current fan engagement tactics including but not limited to Season Ticket Holder Events, Specialty Ticket Packages, Kid’s Club, and the Mascot Program
  • Create player content for fan experiences

 Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree from an accredited college or university in Sport Management, Marketing, or a related field
  •  Minimum one year related work experience
  •  Must be focused, extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
  •  Ability to juggle multiple tasks and complete on-time
  •  Ability to quickly assimilate new information and learn new skills
  •  Must be a team player with a strong customer service focus
  •  Must be able to work a flexible schedule including all Mariners games, special events, and evenings and weekends as required

Intellectual/Social demands:
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under strict time limits.  Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including: following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time.  This position also requires constant use of interpersonal skills including: ability to foster collaboration, recognize and resolve conflicts, and openly communicate in writing and verbally with clients.
 
Physical demands:
 
While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee constantly operates a computer and other office devices such telephones, copy machines, fax machines, etc; occasionally moves about inside the office to access storage areas, cabinets and office machinery; occasionally moves about the arena before/during/after events to service client and perform job functions; constantly communicates via telephone, email and in-person with others to exchange accurate information; occasionally lifts 20+ pounds for set up or merchandise purposes.
 Work environment:
 
The duties of this position are usually performed indoors. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud during events and minimal during non-events.
