Overview
Our team is looking for a Compensation Analyst who can work within the global compensation function. The Compensation Analyst must interpret market information and best practices into actionable guidance for the organization through effective processes and communications. The Compensation Analyst will help to build best in class compensation processes that create repeatable measurement and dashboarding capability across the enterprise.
This role will pay a salary of $70,000 to $80,000.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions (including to but not limited to):
Evaluates the organization's jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions. |
Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes resutls of, compensation surveys. |
Conduts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs. |
Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets. |
Participates in annual salary increase, promotion and bonus programs. |
Advises management on applicable state and federal employment regulations, compensation policies, human resource procedures, and collective agreements. Participates in annual pay audits Supports international compensation inquiries as needed |
Performs other related duties as assigned |
