Dear Buffy,
I have tried to find work in the sporting career fields, (other than coaching) and have not had any success. I have a sporting background with degrees in Kinesiology B.S. / Kinesiology M.S. and an MBA. I also have plenty of work experience. I know I would be an asset to someone but no luck so far. I live in Dallas Texas and would love to work for any of the major sporting leagues here. Any advice to want I can do to get my foot in the door?

Dear Mr. Dallas,
You might want to work with the Dallas Sports Commission so you get some volunteer experience working with sports organizations and events. Then see whether you can parlay some of your experience into a paid role.
