Overview:
As a successful Digital Media & Fulfillment Manager, your primary responsibilities are to maximize, oversee and execute the ballclub’s social media and email strategies – both from a team marketing standpoint and to assist in the execution of sponsorship fulfillment, and to assist in the overall fulfillment of the ballclub’s sponsorship relationships.
 
Management and Individual Contributor Job Duties
  • Oversee the club’s social media plan and execution, including: creation of new content, growth of platform followership, and creativity in staying on the forefront of new social media platforms.
  • Serve as the point person in exploring and growing into new social media platforms and strategies.
  • Manage and analyze the club’s email databases.
  • Oversee the club’s email marketing plan and execute the plan.
  • Serve as a hub for departments across the business, crafting the strategy to promote each department through the club’s media platforms
  • Participate in the club’s promotional brainstorm and lead the discussion in how promotional themes will be promoted and marketed.
  • Collaborate with graphic designer and video production director for additional content creation needs.
  • Manage the fulfillment of corporate sponsorships, including (1) execution of digital and social media deliverables, (2) on-site event promotions and sponsorship execution, and (3) documentation and proofs of performance.
 
Qualifications:
  • College degree
  • Experience in managing non-personal social media accounts
  • Experience in database management and/or email marketing platforms
  • Great communication skills a must
  • Exceptional customer service skills required
  • Ability and willingness to exercise discretion and independent judgment
