The Cincinnati Bengals are a franchise in the AFC North Division of the National Football League. The Bengals were founded in 1968 by Paul Brown, a legendary figure in the history of American football, and have made three Super Bowl appearances in their history.  
 
Position Overview:  
The Corporate Partnership Sales & Activation long-term intern for the Cincinnati Bengals is a multi-faceted position that includes assisting with the fulfillment of sponsorship obligations, various marketing and community efforts and supporting the Bengals game day and premium service team. The intern must be organized, independent, and showcase ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.  Flexibility, reliability, and creativeness are appreciated.  They must possess excellent time management skills, above average communication skills and leadership qualities that are used in the overall goal of promoting positive relationships with our constituents. 
 
Responsibilities:
·         Corporate Partnerships 
o    Research assistance, including but not limited to researching prospective clients, activation ideas, and pulling statistics from various research platforms to help tell stories and provide data
o    Assist in sales preparations including, but not limited to editing components of proposals and sales decks using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and/or PowerPoint.
§   Ability to create graphs/charts to help depict research or metrics a plus.
o    Recap and proof of performance management throughout the season for all partners 
o    Database management (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) assistance, as requested
·         Hospitality/Events
o    Day to day collaboration with premium staff to plan and execute partner events 
o    On-site point-of-contact for radio shows at various partner locations throughout the season 
o    Assist with setup, load-on and execution of partner events 
o    Provide tours of Paycor Stadium for clients or prospects when requested
·         Game Day
o    Game week preparation which includes, but not limited to:
§   Assisting with organization of hospitality & gameday-related assets (partner guests, pre-game, tailgates, etc.)
§   Preparing promotional and hospitality materials
§   Managing gameday activations (ex. Pepsi Captain of the Game winners)
o    Expected to be available for all preseason and regular season home games 
§   Responsibilities will be distributed in staff meetings prior to game
·         Miscellaneous
o    Assistance with concerts and other non-Bengals events 
o    Potential to appear as Who Dey (mascot) from time to time as requested
o    Sponsorship/prospect mailings as needed (autographed merchandise, etc.)
o    Storage room organization 
o    Take photos for coordinators, sales managers and/or sponsors
 
Qualifications & Skills Desired:  
·         Well organized and overtly detail oriented 
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills 
·         Independent and self-motivated with an ability to effectively multi-task, establish priorities, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
·         Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
·         Ability and willingness to complete moderate physical labor and stand for long periods of time
·         Experience using Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel & Outlook
·         Experience with Microsoft Dynamics /Salesforce CRM, Photoshop, and Archtics a plus, but not required
 
This is a 10-month internship commitment, starting on or around June 3 and ending in February.
Intern will be expected to work 25-35 hours per week, including all home games, and will be asked to accommodate a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.  If interested, please apply online via TeamWork Online.
