Position Summary: The Hall of Fame Store is a one-stop shop for merchandise from all 32 NFL teams along with Hall of Fame exclusives. As a Retail Store Team Leader, you will engage with our guests at the Store while playing a critical role in driving sales and providing positively memorable guest experiences.
Position Schedule: This is a year-round part-time, non-exempt position, working up to 25-28 hours per week. This position will require open availability covering weekends and some late evenings. Store hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. September-May, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. June – August.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities 
  • Provide a fun full-service shopping experience to Hall of Fame guests through active selling and engagement. 
  • Assist the Store Manager with retail store leadership and operation.
  • Coach and motivate teammates to meet sales targets daily. 
  • Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Complete tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop – pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom.
  • Participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise.
  • Accurately handle cash register operations including cash handling, returns, warranty, and other transactions.
  • Assist with answering the store phones lines with courtesy and timely follow up.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
  • Train new teammates.

  • Passion for people and football!
  • Experience in merchandising and retail sales is preferred. 
  • Experience leading a team is preferred. 
  • Ability to engage anyone in conversation and build lasting relationships; ability to upsell and cross-sell merchandise. 
  • High energy, friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings. 
  • Ability to spend time on your feet.
