Basic Function: Prospects, qualifies, and follows-up with local prospects, with a primary focus on driving ticket and suite revenues for Non-Club events, including but not limited to College Football and International Soccer. 

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Sell a full menu of ticket products for Lone Star Sports and Entertainment events including, but not limited to group, suite, hospitality and single game ticket packages.
  • Make cold calls from lists of area companies and previous event buyers to sell ticket inventory for College Football, International Soccer and other events during the year.
  • Effectively follow-up with clients and prospects to build relationships to help provide repeat business thru the establishment of superior customer service.
  • Make outbound calls from lists of assigned opportunities provided to sell ticket packages.
  • Cordially and efficiently handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket sales products.
  • Accountable to certain levels of activity and production (calls, appointments, pipeline KPI’s, and revenue).
  • Strong self-leadership skills and will be able to hold themselves accountable to ticket sales best practices (daily prospecting, training, etc.).
  • Consistently enter client data into CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, and Archtics ticketing system to aid in information sharing between sales and other departments as well as enhancing the sales process.
  • Consistently maintain a strong and efficient sales pipeline and display the capability to manage a sales funnel effectively.
  • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Group Sales Manager and/or VP Ticket Sales and Events.
Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.

  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within designated deadlines 
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum one (1) year working experience in college/professional sales or service environment preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
