The Kansas City Current is seeking a Manager, Video. The Manager, Video will be responsible for management of the production, shooting, editing and delivery of video content servicing the needs of entire KC Current organization, with a focus on content for the club’s direct-to-consumer platforms.

 

·         Produce and edit video content for KC Current's social media, website, app, and in-stadium platforms

·         Cover and capture events related to Club as requested: matches, trainings, sponsored events, community appearances and Club events

·         Produce, capture and edit co-branded video content for the club’s roster of corporate partners 

·         Create promotional video content for KC Current and CPKC Stadium events and ticketing

·         Shoot and edit match content for KC Current matches, home and away.

·         Produce video content that engages viewers, and adheres to KC Current’s brand standards.

·         Work with larger Content & Creative team to develop club’s content and creative strategy

·         Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

·         Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere, After Effects 

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software 

·         Experience demonstrating professionalism in professional or collegiate athlete environment

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

·         Thorough understanding of and ability to use basic video production equipment. 

·         Willingness to work nights and weekends. 

·         Knowledge of and passion for soccer, sports and/or women’s sports 

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-priority projects. 

·         Ability to work in a team environment.

·         Ability to arrange sets and lighting to capture professional video
