Suite Services Duties (April &amp;ndash; September):
&amp;bull; Assist the Director of Suite Services with special event preparation, set-up and during events.
&amp;bull; Assist suite clients with special requests and ticket fulfillment when Director is not available.
&amp;bull; Manage game day Concierge Staff . Duties to include scheduling, ordering uniforms, game-day instruction, timestar. Assist Director with hiring process and training.
&amp;bull; Manage the suites interns; scheduling, coordinating duties and work priority.
&amp;bull; Coordinate and update suiteholder database
&amp;bull; Update suite newsletter and other suite related correspondence.
&amp;bull; Update all suiteholder forms including ticket, credit card authorization, contact information and game-day special promotion event schedules on an as needed basis.
&amp;bull; Liaison with Well Bread for master suite schedules, suite rotation schedules, game-day suite host list, Club level in-game special events. 
&amp;bull; Reserve meeting rooms for suite holders and provide direction as to catering needs, room set-up, etc.
&amp;bull; Coordinate the mailing of leased suite tickets.
