In the role as Coordinator - Premium Ticket Operations, you will help our team bring the next round of stories to life on the United Center campus.  

The Coordinator - Premium Ticket Operations plays a vital role in supporting the Sr. Manager and Manager of Premium Ticketing. This position focuses on managing premium ticketing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and maintaining high standards in customer relations and event coordination.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to)
  • Run daily reports on orders to be processed which include season, group, special event, and individual ticket orders.
  • Utilize Archtics to build premium, parking and other related events. Ensure Archtics build is complete and correct including financials (fees, prices).
  • Create price and promo codes related to Club Member offers.
  • Place all holds/manage inventory related to premium seating.
  • Monitor all presales and on-sales including internal Club Member presale.
  • Deposit all monies to balance accounts and statements.
  • Adhere to cash handling rules and procedures including credit card information over the phone, checks etc.
  • Maintain accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Produce reports required by management including but not limited to methods of payment, seats sold, availability etc.
  • Send notices to Suite and Club Seats holders about new events.
  • Maintain up to date information in all ticket holder accounts.
  • Manage fulfilment of all Suite and Club orders.
  • Utilize Ticketmaster Account Manager Tools to publish events & offers as well as manage ISM/Virtual Venue.
  • Work closely with Premium Ticket Sales & Analytics on sales & service initiatives.
  • Assist staff in troubleshooting “night of” event ticket issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • This is a Union position, and requires you to join the Ticket Sellers Local 750, if not already a member. 
  • The individual must have the ability to work with various in-house computer programs.
  • The ability to work with computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Entry scanning platform and troubleshoot ticket or configuration issues.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster products & capabilities is preferred but not required.
