Overview
As a Host/Hostess you should have experience with Upscale Dining service, as well as excellent knowledge of the NYC food and drink scene. Weekend availability is non-negotiable.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $10.00.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and ensuring a smooth transition to servers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate table seating and optimize guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Assist with special events or private dining arrangements as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Support teamwork by assisting colleagues during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse guests.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic restaurant operations and reservations systems is a plus.
