Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design & create graphics for all print, digital, and social media
- Create and produce videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Manage team social media pages including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok
- Assist with all production needs for home games, special events, non-baseball events, etc.
- Responsible for building the annual promotional calendar
- Work with internal departments to plan and execute theme nights and promotional calendar
- Schedule and book entertainment acts, while maintaining an annual budget.
- Scheduling and preparing all pre-game, in-game and post-game promotions.
- Manage and lead all on field and in-between innings promotional activities from brainstorming to execution.
- Hire and oversee promotional seasonal staff and other members of the marketing department.
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in photography/videography, editing and/or graphic design; sports or entertainment industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects
- Still photography experience a plus
- Experience running social media accounts and manage paid social media campaigns
- Troubleshooting skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work well as a team and independently
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
