Event Staff – Light the Nights
Position Summary: Event Staff members play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service during the Christmas event at GoMart Power Park, known as "Light the Nights." This position offers flexible hours, as needed, to accommodate the event's requirements. Primary responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service in various event areas, including the Box Office, Team Store, Ice Skating Rental, Santa Photo Booth, and assisting with Concessions and Hot Cocoa Stands.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist event attendees with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Work in the Box Office to facilitate ticketing and admission processes, adjusting hours based on event demand.
- Man the Team Store, helping guests with merchandise and purchases during peak event hours.
- Operate the Ice-Skating Rental area, ensuring smooth operations when skaters are present.
- Assist with the Santa Photo Booth, creating magical moments for families.
- Provide support at Concessions and Hot Cocoa Stands, catering to guests' needs during the event.
- Remain flexible to adapt to changing event schedules and requirements.

- Adhere to event-specific policies and procedures.
- Represent "Light the Night" and Gomart Ballpark in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and a strong work ethic during the event's duration.
Qualification Requirements: To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum age requirement of 16.
- Prior customer service experience is beneficial.
- Possess a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a friendly demeanor when interacting with event attendees, colleagues, and volunteers.
