About Us
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is the only stadium in the country to host four Minor League teams and only one of two stadiums in Florida to host two Major League teams for Spring Training. Our stadium functions as a very fast-pasted work environment, so your ability to work at a high level of proficiency with little supervision is essential. We will put your multi-tasking skills to the test!
 
 The Role
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is looking for its next stadium assistant to guide and direct business initiatives from the ground up! We are looking for someone with proven excellence in an administrative role, and who is an articulate communicator both in person and electronically. Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is looking for an individual who will go above and beyond to extend the highest level of customer service possible.

What You’ll Do
  • Phone Communication: Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and appropriately.
  • Frontline Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors. Manage visitor access by issuing appropriate passes as required.
  • Mail Administration: Handle mail administration services including arranging and tracking courier shipments, sorting internal mail, and logging incoming packages into the QTRAK shipping system.
  • Report Preparation: Aid in the preparation of monthly QTRAK reports for submission to MLB.
  • Office Equipment Proficiency: Utilize office equipment effectively, including printers and fax machines.
  • Supply Management: Monitor inventory levels in the kitchen and office supply closet, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies.
  • Information Management: Proactively seek, manage, and disseminate relevant information to the workgroup, tailoring communication to suit diverse situations and audiences.
  • Charity Partnerships: Work with local businesses and charities to process donation requests.
  • Correspondence Creation: Compose and distribute professional emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms with precision and clarity.
  • File Organization: Develop and maintain organized, secure, and confidential files to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and oversight of departmental events such as special projects, team breakfasts, lunches, and outings.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with fans to facilitate the placement of commemorative bricks in our Circle of Palms.
 
What You’ll Bring
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, enabling efficient data management and effective communication.

Work Environment
  • Office Hours: This position typically operates Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, with extended hours during the Spring Training season.
