Hours: Monday-Friday as required, holidays and weekends as needed

The Fresno Grizzlies are looking for a creative, highly motivated, proactive, and passionate individual to join the marketing department. This full-time position will report directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications and have a focus on digital marketing (including social media and graphic design) while assisting with day-to-day operations. To succeed in this role, applicants must have a passion for content creation as well as a drive to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. 
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with the Director of Marketing & Communications on overall strategy and content curation for the organization’s marketing efforts.
  • Design and produce digital content, including but not limited to: graphics, flyers, motion graphics, in-game slides, and overall branding.
  • Oversee social media presence including social media calendar, collecting weekly analytics, and community engagement.
  • Draft various press releases and email marketing campaigns throughout the season.
  • Assist in all advertising efforts
  • Photography at events and staged shoots as assigned. 
  • Assist with the organization’s community relation efforts, including Wild About Reading, Making the Grade, and Junior Grizzlies programs, as necessary. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Must be proactive and a self-starter
  • Knowledge of current social and digital media trends and specifications
  • Ability to interpret and utilize brand standards
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must be reliable and exhibit a commitment to meeting both the work schedule and job requirements.
