 Position Overview:
The Fredericksburg Nationals Baseball Team is looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic and great communication skills and is a team player. This role will focus on being a creative thinker, being organized and require the person to collaborate with the Corporate Partnership team members and other members of the FredNats team. We want this person to gain experience in the sports industry and learn how to become successful in both the sports and business industries.

Responsibilities:
Ø  Assisting the corporate partnership sales team with all brand activation and fulfillment of partnerships for game days and non-game days.
Ø  Assist the partnership team with implementation and execution of special events, player appearances, community programs. Etc.
Ø  Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the corporate partner’s key decision-makers to ensure complete satisfaction and contract renewals.
Ø  Serve as a marketing and advertising consultant to corporate partners in signage artwork, graphic design elements, website, and print to ensure effective campaigns are built and completed via media inventory.
Ø  Work with internal promotions department to develop, plan, promote, and implement effective external cross promotions aligning the marketing goals of corporate partners and contracts.
Ø  Practice fiscal responsibility when it comes to contract fulfillment expenses and ensure corporate partners’ co-branded premium items are within the established budget.
Ø  Coordinate and implement corporate partners’ special hospitality events and at corporate partner locations) involving various departments.
Ø  Play a meaningful role in maintaining ROI, photographs, and proof of play performance for use in preparing and presenting inclusive corporate partner recaps to decision-makers during the contract renewal process and end of the year meetings.

What we are seeking:

Education and/ or Experience
Ø  Minimum of two years' experience in a partnership or sales fulfillment role
Ø  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
Ø  Ability to work all FredNats home games

Computer Skills
Ø  Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and more)
Ø  Strong understanding in a CRM service, Score would be preferred
Ø  Experience with using DigiDeck as a sales or fulfillment tool but not required
Ø  Knowledge in using Tickets.com but not required
Ø  Self-motivator and problem solver
Ø  Excellent communicator and show confidence with building and maintaining the relationships with Partners and fans. 
Ø  Strong attention to detail, timelines, and great multi-tasking skills
