Responsibilities:
● Create and maintain partnerships with emphasis on group sales
● Grow and maintain client base and grow new clients via cold calls
● Use Score CRM to enter daily contact with clients
● Assist with hospitality services (cleaning, stocking, serving food, prepping food, increasing food and beverage sales). Manage, work alongside and support part time staff members
● Work all 69+ Travelers home games, nights, weekends and holidays
● Ability to multitask and work in stressful situations to problem solve
● Create and build relationships with current and new clients
● Work alongside other group sales executives to meet department and individual goals
● Help create new ways and ideas for the groups department to maximize efficiency
● Coordinate details for client events including but not limited to: ticket distribution, and food and beverage selection

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
● Experience in hospitality preferred
● Highly resourceful, reliable, organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to create relevant content
● Experience running a hourly staff
● Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
● Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word and related POS systems)
● Job Type: Full-Time
● Ability to be on their feet for long periods of time
● Experience running, leading and training an hourly staff
