Winston-Salem Dash | Partnership Activation Manager

The Winston-Salem Dash, High-A Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox, are currently searching for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our organization as a Partnership Activation Manager. As a Partnership Activation Manager, you will assist the Corporate Sales Team with partner fulfillment and implementation. This position will be a point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, playing an integral role in helping the organization build and capitalize on the current momentum, while continually building relationships and laying the foundation for long-term success for the Dash.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the overall sales process in the Dash Corporate Partnerships department. This includes assisting the Corporate Partnership Sales Team with proposal and recap creation for renewal & new business opportunities. Opportunity to assist with outbound sales efforts, if desired.
  • Manage inventory including but not limited to radio advertising, in-stadium physical and digital signage, hospitality assets, tabling and activation calendar, digital assets, etc.
  • Responsible for helping with the activation and execution of assigned accounts, ensuring delivery on all sponsorship assets in a company's agreement while providing exceptional customer service
  • Process ticket requests by using ProVenue and Tickets.com.
  • Coordinate sponsorship elements cross-functionally, working closely with other departments to ensure that all contractual assets are being fulfilled.
  • Generate ideas for new sponsorship opportunities including but not limited to in-game elements, retail promotions, events, website and media features, signage and meaningful community relations initiatives
  • Build and develop relationships with sponsors via regular in-person meetings and communication, conducting regular planning and activation meetings with assigned accounts.
  • Contribute to the ideation, pitching, and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that drive partner goals and network ratings, including experiential marketing events, local promotions.
  • Assist in keeping sponsorship inventory and gameday programs orderly and up-to-date, reporting season ticket usages for partners, build and maintain inventory of sponsor promotion items, leads, and promotional ideas
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • College Degree (preferably in Marketing/Sport Management) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years in Client Service/Sports role
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Excellent relationship building, interpersonal, and communication skills 
  • Must be creative, detail oriented and highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • High level of energy with enthusiasm and passion to be successful in the sports industry
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Photography and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
