OVERVIEW
The Facility Manager will be responsible for general and preventative maintenance of all aspects of AutoZone Park to ensure that the facility remains in good repair and working order.  This position will report directly to the VP, Stadium Operations.  Selected candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Serve as an electrician in trouble-shooting power failures and making minor repairs, installing new equipment and outlets.   
·         Assemble, repair, and install pipes, fittings, restroom fixtures and drainage systems.
·         Perform carpentry duties such as the alteration, repair and maintenance of buildings, floors, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, screens, scaffolding forms, wood fixtures and furniture.
·         Management of HVAC equipment, including preventative maintenance and repair.
·         Perform winterization and spring start-up of AutoZone Park.
·         Paint and repair walls and doors throughout the facility.
·         Repair small engines as needed.
·         Replace parts/troubleshoot all stadium video boards.
·         Change light bulbs, clean out drains, and repair locks as needed.
·         Maintain and clean tools and machinery.
·         Prepare AutoZone Park to host non-baseball events, including soccer matches, by lowering & raising the backstop net, hanging & removing banners, arranging tables and other furniture, etc.
·         Assist with putting on and removing the playing field tarp, including on nights, weekends, and holidays.
·         Act as the point of contact for stadium maintenance during events held at the stadium and address any issues that arise.
·         Hire, train, and supervise full- and part-time staff performing maintenance tasks.
·         Other duties as assigned.

 QUALIFICATIONS
·         Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of general and preventative maintenance either with a maintenance contractor or a large facility.  
·         Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and fire alarm systems.
·         Ability to seek out problems both before and after they occur and address them in an efficient manner.
·         Knowledge of the proper use of power equipment, such as forklifts and scissor lifts, and 
·         Knowledge of the proper use of hand and power tools.
·         Ability to read and understand blueprints.
·         Basic computer skills and understanding.
·         Ability to lift at least 60 pounds, work 15 hours per day, walk/stand for long periods of time, and to perform all other necessary physical acts to get work done efficiently.
·         Sufficient education to read, write, understand, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.  
·         Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
