2024 LAKE COUNTY CAPTAINS PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL CLUB JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: The Partnership Manager will report to the General Manager
Individual Duties:
- Be a leader and member of the Company sales staff by being involved in the sale of corporate partnerships, ticket memberships and group events.
- Aggressively identify new business development and sales meetings with prospective accounts.
- Maintain a consistent and robust pipeline of prospective accounts.
- Perform daily updates to Company sales database to ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain an accurate database of all sold accounts and current/potential leads.
- Lead weekly partnerships meetings, bringing ideas to the staff for discussion.
- Be a leader in the ticket sales department
- Identify and present opportunities to all aspects of partnerships and ticketing, including: season tickets, group tickets, gate sales and partnerships.
- Oversee and coordinate designated Company group “projects”, including developing a written plan to coordinate and deliver a successful year-round program; report on all ticket partnerships and provide updates to the team on the progress made.
- Enhance and work to execute the renewal and new sales process for corporate partnerships.
- Attend and schedule staff to take part in events outside of normal business hours in an effort to grow personal and departmental business.
- Prepare digital proof of performances to partners
- Assist in various administrative duties related to the partnerships & ticket sales.
- Maintain an extraordinary attention to detail and excellent time management skills, which are an absolute requirement to acceptable job performance.
- Attend and represent the Company at appropriate community events, especially events that will improve ticket sales.
- Be a leader in customer service for all office and nightly staff.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as determined by the General Manager.
