Stadium Operations Manager
The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers take great pride in having a first-class facility and are looking for a motivated, responsible, detail-oriented individual to oversee stadium and facility operations.   
 
The Timber Rattlers, located in Appleton, Wisconsin (between Green Bay and Milwaukee), are a highly respected team in Minor League Baseball and the High ‘A’ affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.  The Timber Rattlers are locally and nationally recognized from a marketing and operations standpoint and the Appleton community is recognized as a great place to live, work and play.  

Position Overview:  
This full-time, year-round position will assist with the responsibility and oversight of all park functions including baseball games, special events, banquets and weddings. Specific duties will entail supervising and assisting the cleaning of the stadium following all baseball games and special events, setting up for banquet events, and routine maintenance of the facility.
  
The Timber Rattlers home, Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium, plays host to over 300 total events each year including 66 Timber Rattlers home games, the Wisconsin State High School Baseball Championships, an annual Green Bay Packers Charity Softball Game, concerts, weddings, banquets and other business functions.    

Duties & Responsibilities:
·         Maintain a first-class facility including all necessary stadium maintenance.  
                 o   Duties include, but not limited to, long range facility planning, facility cleaning                             following games/events, banquet set-up, inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, snow removal, general facility upkeep, and other duties as assigned.  
·         Assist in supervising, scheduling and training part-time staff and interns.
·         Maintain the interior and exterior appearance of the stadium.
·         Work with Director of Stadium Operations to complete off-season projects.

Qualifications:  
·         Four year degree preferred.
·         Baseball/stadium operations and/or facility maintenance background. 
·         Ability to perform routine maintenance.  
·         Experience working with basic hand and power tools.
·         Ability to work light to heavy equipment such as a skid loader and plow truck.
