The Pickles are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our front office. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is a self-starter, and is driven by meeting deadlines. We are looking for someone who is a team-player, works well with other employees, and can handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. If you have a competitive nature, and a willingness to learn new things, this could be the job for you!
Skills:
- Applicants should possess at least minimal sports knowledge.
- Applicants should possess professionalism with clients and fans
- Sales or Customer Service Experience is preferred
- Creative problem-solving skills desired
- Google Suite skills essential
- Good communication skills essential
- Ability to follow directions and complete the task at hand
- Outgoing Personality Preferred
Tasks and Roles:
- Assist the Ticketing team with all ticketing related duties
- Identify new targets for sales outreach
- Create lead lists
- Interface with new and existing ticket holders, complete customer service requests
- Find creative marketing opportunities in the community, implement promotional campaigns online
- Learn to edit events, troubleshoot, and send tickets through our ticketing site
- Assist with outreach to new potential customers
Preferred candidates are pursuing college credit for the internship, or are looking for an opportunity to dive head first into the sports world.
