About the Hops & This Role
Our mission is to provide memorable first-class experiences so that we can enrich the lives of our fans, staff, players, and community.  As a part of that mission, we are looking to add to our HOPSpitality Team, specifically within our Parking Department. This opportunity offers you a chance to be a part of a fast-paced, fun, and friendly environment and be a key factor in providing Hops fans and other attendees of events on the complex a first-class, memorable experience.  We view these team members as an integral part of the fan experience!

What We're Looking for:

• Provide positive first and last impressions for all fans attending Hillsboro Hops games, Portland State Football games, OSAA State Playoffs, and other events at the Gordon Faber Recreation Complex throughout the year.
• Collect payment through cash, credit card, or validation, always securing cash according to the company’s standard operating procedures.
•       Provide the correct change for cash transactions and issue a receipt for all fee transactions.
•       Provide the company’s standards of service (HOPSpitality) to each customer, including maintaining the required uniform appearance, welcoming fans, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit.
•       May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
•       Other special projects as assigned by Hops Front Office Members.

Must Haves:

•       At least 16 years of age.
        Cash handling experience.
•       Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively verbally and through written correspondence.
•       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•       Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with fans and other employees.
•       Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
