Position: Graphic Design & Community Relations Manager 

Reports to: General Manager  

Start Date: 10/1/24

Expectations: The Graphic Design & Community Relations Manager is primarily responsible for providing year-round support for the design needs of Capital Credit Union Park and the Green Bay Rockers. Design projects could include but are not limited to website content creation and management, social media content and boosting paid posts, in-stadium signage and print graphics, mass e-mails, video board graphics and animation, merchandise design, etc. The position will also assist the Director of Partnerships with the management and execution of partnership deliverables including ordering partnership presentations, promotional items, assist with sponsorship proposals as needed, and manage graphic design intern(s) in-season.  The position will lead the scheduling and execution of the marketing plan for the team in the community including player, mascot, & staff appearances in parades, schools, charity events, trade shows, etc. and tracking those appearances. This position will assist with oversight of the team store and sales throughout the year. Other duties as assigned.

Primary Duties: 
·         The primarily responsibility for providing year-round support for the graphic design needs of Capital Credit Union Park and the Green Bay Rockers baseball team. 
·         Design projects could include but are not limited to website content creation and management, social media content, in-stadium signage, mass e-mails, video board, merchandise design, promotional giveaways, partnership presentations, etc. 
·         Work a predetermined number of Green Bay Rockers home games including any playoff games and assist as needed with special events at Capital Credit Union Park. 
·         The position will assist with the management and execution of partnership deliverables including ordering promotional items, design and assist with sponsorship proposals, manage graphic design intern(s) in-season, video board, design of in stadium signage. 
·         Execute marketing plan for the team in the community by organizing, scheduling, and attending player, mascot, & staff appearances throughout the year and tracking those appearances. 
·         Fulfill donation requests.
·         This position will provide, design, and assist with oversight of the team store throughout the year. Other duties as assigned.
·         Other duties as assigned 

WORK SCHEDULE
·         Full-time, salaried position. 
·         Average of 40 hours per week or as schedule dictates.
·         The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 
Benefits Include:
·         15 paid time-off days, including sick days per calendar year. Following 5 year anniversary of continuous full-time employment, from original date of hire, 5 additional paid time-off days added (total of 20 per year).
·         Health Club membership, as partnership allows.
·         Outside sales mileage will paid at a rate of $0.67 per mile, or current IRS rate.  
·         Employee is eligible for Health, Dental and Life Insurance.  
·         401K is available for employee after one continuous year of full-time employment.  Boomerang Management will match up to 3% of your contribution.
·         Office is closed on Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve Day and New Year’s Day annually.  This is paid time off in addition to the 15 paid vacation days.
