Position Description
The Ticket Sales Manager for our team will be a support to our Director. As a Ticket Sales Manager you will have your own sales goal to remain in touch with those who you help manage. In addition to a personal sales goal for both new and renewal business, you will assist with training, reporting and growing our reps to be the best they can be at their roles.

Essential Duties
  • Responsible for growing the  new season ticket sales for our team.
  • Selling and guiding the efforts of other reps for packaged suites/hospitality, and group events.
  • Meeting and exceed established weekly, monthly and annual sales goals and working with staff to ensure they achieve theirs.
  • Engage and demonstrate outbound sales efforts to grow our membership base and model the behavior for others.
  • Provide unapparelled customer service to all clients, membership ticketholders, plan holders, single game buyers and new business prospects.
  • Continually support the department with new ideas and programs to build the base of our ticket sales strategy.
  • Act as a positive leader and influencer in the team, with a can-do spirit, and engage in administrative tasks vital to the department with a smile. 
  • Modeling behavior that inspires other reps to remain on track and grow.
  • Mentor and support junior staff in connection with the Director.
  • Engage in reporting and reporting projects with the Ticket Operations Department for total visibility of goals and sales tracking.
  • Work every game ensuring guests experience is met and relationships are built with clientele to ensure renewal goals.

Experience
  • This is not an entry level position; this position is for a candidate who has at least three years as a leader in a ticket sales department for a sports organization.
  • Candidate must have proven success in driving new business on a continuous basis. Further, candidate must demonstrate that they have managed a book of strong renewal sales.
  • Candidate must have specific ticket sales experience, not corporate sales and or marketing, specific and directed ticket sales experience only.
  • Candidate must have some form of previous management experience.
  • Candidate must have drive and a positive spirit and be able to demonstrate in interviews with specific examples of programs and initiatives they implemented to drive a team in the ticket sales area forward.
