The Voyagers are looking for someone passionate about all things hot dog! Come help lead our culinary team.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Creating menu's for all baseball operations
Training and overseeing concessions staff
Overseeing all catering
Food & Beverage ordering/inventory
Pricing and cost of goods management
In the offseason; October through March you will work at our sister company Enbar Inc. You will help oversee large scale caterings at The Newberry and help train and lead staff at Enbar Craft Cocktail Lounge, The Block Bar & Grill & Big Dipper Ice Cream.
