Job Summary
The Coordinator, LECOM Park Operations is responsible for directing and coordinating all day-to-day stadium operations for Pirates Spring Training, the Bradenton Marauders and outside events at LECOM Park.
Responsibilities
Primary:
  1. Oversee all stadium operations for Spring Training FSL season and ancillary events including the coordination of game day employee work schedules.
  2. Coordinate set-up for all events at LECOM Park during Spring Training, Bradenton Marauders and ancillary events.
  3. Oversee all Pirates parking lots with Parkhub program, including attendants and collections.
  4. Prepare daily game day sheets.
  5. Develop and maintain positive, effective, and professional relationships with Major League Baseball Officials including, but not limited to: Umpires, Security & Facility Management staff, Baseball Office of the Commissioner, Florida State League, Baseball Operations staff, Uniformed staff and players.
  6. Schedule Police, Security and Emergency Services providers for games and events.
  7. Primary contact with maintenance, security and custodial provider for LECOM Park.
  8. Work with Manager of Concessions on all logistical set-ups for hospitality area events.
  9. Coordinate all shipping/receiving activities for LECOM Park.
  10. Complete projects and tasks as assigned by Director of Florida Operations.
  11. Assist Director , Florida Operations with coordination of facility maintenance and up keep at LECOM Park.
  12. Over see security EVOLVE systems in LECOM Park.
  13. Utilize 24/7 workorder system with maintenance and housekeeping.
Secondary:
  1. Assist as liaison for outside teams using LECOM Park.
  2. Assist with various sales and marketing efforts.
  3. Assist with ancillary events at Pirate City.
