As a Premium Membership Experience Specialist, you will be providing service to season ticket members for the Sacramento River Cats and the Athletics during their residency at Sutter Health Park. Premium spaces include newly renovated club spaces and exclusive areas reserved only for our members with enhanced premium seating. In this role, you will create treasured memories for guests by anticipating and surpassing the needs of your assigned account holders. The service you provide and relationships you develop will be paramount in gaining referrals for new accounts and in ensuring our members renew each year. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and think creatively will assist in handling hundreds of accounts in a fast-paced environment. To help you be successful, you will receive direction and guidance from the Sr. Manager, Premium Tickets & Membership Services.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional level of service to overdeliver on the expectations for our highest spending guests.
  • Develop relationships with premium members and be their main point of contact.
  • Assist with retention process for premium members and aid in upsell opportunities by sharing new offerings and exclusive areas they will want to be a part of.
  • Assist premium members with any service-related needs, ticket exchanges, additional tickets, etc.
  • Assist in coming up with unique suite gifts and ticket presentations to Premium Members.
  • Interface with food & beverage staff to ensure expectations of guests are met for every game.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating membership events such as pre-season parties, batting practices, holiday events, movie nights, networking events, watch parties, trips, etc.
  • Communicate membership information, updates and reminders to all members.
  • Prospect and sell new business as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum 1 Year experience in a ticketing, entertainment or hospitality service role.
  • Valid driver's license with insurance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  • Previous experience in premium-related hospitality a plus.
  • Preferred working knowledge of Tickets.com, TicketMaster, Archtics, Adobe Suite, DocuSign, SalesForce, and sales enablement tools.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sports management, communications, or hospitality preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel locally.

Compensation:

This position is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly role with an expected annual salary of $39,520 in addition to Commission and Bonuses which will be earned on new sales and renewals. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
