The Bowling Green Hot Rods are seeking a high energy, hardworking individual to join our staff for the as an Account Executive. In this full time role, the Account Executive role will be responsible for selling and maintaining season tickets, partial ticket plans, groups tickets, suites and picnics.

Responsibilities:
  • Become a full service account executive with the Bowling Green Hot Rods. Selling season tickets, mini plan packages, group tickets, suites and picnics
  • Develop a personal sales plan with the Director of Ticket sales to set goals and objectives for the season
  • Collaborate with peers to achieve team sales goals
  • Set appointments with key decision makers in the community to assess the opportunity to develop partnerships
  • Maintain accurate notes for leads and sales tracking
  • Assisting in Implementing group theme nights and promotions 
  • Attending community events to develop relationships and prospect leads
  • Provide GREAT customer service to all clients 
  • Work all Hot Rods home games and assist with non-baseball related events throughout the season
  • Other duties and task may be assigned throughout the season

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree is required
  • One to Two years of sales experience is recommended but not required
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience with Ticket Return Ticketing is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication & organization skills
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the season
  • Enthusiastic attitude, good at collaborating with others in a close work environment
