Summary: 
This person should be an outgoing, energetic and creative sales professional who is a clear self-starter with strong sales and relationship skills. This position will be involved with the organization and development of all group hospitality areas, as well as targeted groups and group prospecting throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast market. This position will also be responsible for selling and maintaining Season Ticket Memberships and partial ticket plans to businesses and individuals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for generating maximum revenue for the Biloxi Shuckers through full menu marketing ticket programs
  • Sell full-seasons, partial plans, and groups for the Biloxi Shuckers
  • Provide a high level of customer service and hospitality to all customers and public
  • Develop customized group programs using inventory controlled by the organization to generate net revenue and meet the needs of clients
  • Identify new promotional opportunities for the organization
  • Attend outside events with the purpose of selling ticket packages and identifying sales leads
  • Maintain groups sales inventory
  • Daily reporting of sales and goals
  • Monitor relationships with existing and potential ticket members through Pipedrive CRM system
  • Responsible for all group hospitality areas including Kloud 7 SkyBox, Rooftop Deck and Left Field Terrace
  • Develop and implement group incentives
  • Ensure all groups and ticket accounts are serviced
  • Pull tarp when needed
  • Other related duties as required

 QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent, proven cold calling skills
  • Proven leader who has demonstrated an ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals
  • High level of integrity
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Technically proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Access)
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster or similar ticketing systems a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently and self-motivate
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Being able to think outside the box
  • Ability to attend company events
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to pull tarp and other manual labor duties
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Physical requirement ( lifting 50 pounds many times per day, standing, squatting, and  bending for long periods)
