Who are the Frisco RoughRiders?
We are the Double-A Affiliate of the Texas Rangers and are located 20 miles north of Dallas. Frisco is one of the fastest growing cities in America and one of the top markets in the USA.  The RoughRiders have led Double-A in attendance for the past 15 years and play at beautiful Riders Field.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None

Essential Functions:
The Inside Sales & Service Representative position will be focused on outbound phone calls, emails and meetings to execute sales presentations and close sales. The candidate will have the ability to sell a full menu of ticket packages, but will have an emphasis in selling season ticket plans and flex plans for the Frisco RoughRiders baseball team. Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, events, and game days. The candidate will be accountable for certain levels of outbound sales activities goals. 

Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales of Frisco RoughRiders ticket inventory, including but not limited to season tickets, partial plans, group outings and premium hospitality areas as well as servicing existing customers. 
  • Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as a competitive desire to be the best
  •  Build strong relationships to provide long-term relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly ticket revenue targets set forth by their manager.
  • Work with the sales staff to generate new leads and research new and creative ways to sell tickets. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to all existing and potential clientele.
  • Leadership and oversight of in-game group events.
  • Professionally represent the organization at business and community functions.
  • Performing game-day responsibilities including entertaining clients and fulfilling large group commitments.
  • Work as a member of the TEAM, and have fun!
  • Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identify and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and willingness to work outdoors during Summer months in Texas.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Multilingual a plus.

Education and Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 

Physical Requirements: 
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel.
