The All-In Hospitality Group is dedicated to delivering world-class premium services and delivering unique experiences to Smith Entertainment Group (SEG) premium guests. We are looking for a skilled, friendly bartender who has experience making craft cocktails to provide a memorable experience for our guests in a private, high-end space. 


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Set up a countertop bar well each service day 
  • Keep the work area clean and well-organized 
  • Prepare fresh juices and syrups as needed 
  • Serve all guests responsibly 
  • Bartend efficiently in a tight space 
  • Protect the reputation of the company 
  • Exemplify the Utah Jazz mission and values: transparent, all in, community obsessed, one team, and scrappy 
  • Accept other duties, as assigned 


COMPETENCIES: 

  • Knowledge of and experience making craft cocktails to classic specs 
  • Excellent customer service 
  • Kitchen awareness 
  • Works well with a team 


QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum one year experience bartending in a craft cocktail bar 
  • Current Utah Food Handlers Permit & Serve Safe Permit 
  • Working knowledge of wine and beer service


PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally 
  • This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate and assess 
  • This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time 
  • This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
