  • Supports the day to day and gameday operations for the JMA Wireless Dome Box Office by providing primary customer service via phones and windows during selected times as assigned by Associate Director. 
  • Specifically responsible for providing excellent customer service to all patrons who attend events at the JMA Wireless Dome through phone, in-person and written interactions. 
  • Completes athletic complimentary ticket reconciliations, as assigned by the Associate Director. In addition, fulfills excess capacity ticket requests for Athletic and Dome staff for ticketed sports at the JMA Wireless Dome.
  • Assists with miscellaneous projects throughout the normal business day, as assigned by the Associate Director.
  • Assists verifying the ADA hangtag process for Football and Men's Basketball season parking. 
  • Assists verifying the Faculty/Staff season ticket verification process for Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, and Men's & Women's Lacrosse.
  • Completes annual reconciliation for Capital Improvement Contributions (CIC) accounts for Football, Men’s Basketball or Suites. 
  • Lastly, this position serves as a liaison to one or more members of the ticket sales department.
