Assist the Head Coach with the organization, development, and implementation of a competitive NCAA Division I baseball program. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, scouting, recruiting, coaching, practice and game scheduling, the administration of team budgets, and fundraising. Developing and maintaining effective interaction with students, colleagues, university staff, alumni, and the public. Knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, B1G, and University rules and regulations and dedication to the entire academic development of student-athletes are essential.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 2-3 years experience as a coach at the collegiate level or higher. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
