Paciolan is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Strategist to manage our highest-touch marketing automation clients. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our sales and client partner teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, strategy, and marketing, with proven success in account management, driving growth, and revenue. Experience in customer relationship management, digital marketing, and automation, with the ability to align these strategies across new business units, is essential.

Duties:

  • Establish and manage professional relationships with multiple client contacts simultaneously.
  • Oversee the development and execution of client campaigns within the marketing automation database.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering value from their marketing automation solutions.
  • Lead strategic and tactical planning of marketing automation processes and campaigns.
  • Coordinate client projects internally and share best practices.

 

Responsibilities for:

  • Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns to engage fans and increase ticket sales.
  • Provide strategic consultation to expand marketing automation acumen and campaign success across clients.
  • Drive adoption and deliver successful use cases that meet business objectives.
  • Onboard new clients, providing subject matter expertise in marketing automation solutions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to better utilize Paciolan’s marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consult with clients on fan engagement and ticket sales strategies.
  • Provide front-line support for client issues and troubleshooting.
  • Share best practices across our community.
  • Report on campaign performance and metrics.

 

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience with marketing automation and/or CRM systems.
  • Strategic management experience with Marketing Automation Software (Adobe, Eloqua, etc.).
  • Understanding of how CRM software (Salesforce) complements marketing automation.
  • Ability to optimize complex automation systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical, strategic, organized, with project management skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

The approximate base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
