Location: Arizona Cardinals (Tempe, AZ)

Format: In-person 

Schedule: From July 2024 – January 2025 this role will work 15-20 office hours per week in Tempe, AZ plus all home and preseason games at State Farm Stadium (Glendale, AZ)

Summary:

The Associate, Partnership Marketing will be responsible for assisting the Partnership Marketing team by delivering excellent service and fulfillment to all current corporate partners. This position will be assigned season-long projects and initiatives to support all Arizona Cardinals corporate partnerships.

 

Primary Job Duties:

The Associate, Partnership Marketing will have responsibilities, without limitation, to include the following:

  • Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships department and see that current clients receive superior service and complete fulfillment and execution of all contractual elements.
  • Assist with maintenance and updating of club's sponsorship inventory including autographed memorabilia, team apparel, and other merchandise.
  • Assist with maintaining records of all asset implementation.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of Corporate Partnership-related special events.
  • Assist with team mascot or Cardinals Cheerleaders appearances by scheduling and occasionally being on site to fulfill.
  • Interact professionally with clients, team executives, other departments, and fans at games and events.
  • Assist in planning and execution of special events, games and client meetings.
  • Support game day activations specific to partnerships.
  • Capture and log proof of performance for partners at games, events and online.
  • Track partnership assets, creative assets and partner materials.
  • Activate sponsor-related promotions both in the community and in-Stadium on gamedays.
  • Represent the Arizona Cardinals Football Club with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education: Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in college working towards the completion of a bachelor degree, preference for those pursuing a marketing, advertising, or business degrees
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of client service, marketing and integrated sponsorship programs
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings
  • Self motivated and able to work independently
  • Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills
  • Business attire and Tempe, AZ in-office hours are required
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
