The Cleveland Browns are seeking enthusiastic and driven emerging sports professionals to assist in the promotion and execution of various events for multiple affinity marketing programs. These programs include, but are not limited to, Barking Backers (Fan Club for Dogs), Jr. Browns Backers (Kids Club), Browns Backers (Fan Club) and more.

This Brand Ambassador will lead and work all affinity marketing program on-premises and off-premises events. The Brand Ambassadors’ main responsibility is to help grow the affinity programs by engaging with fans throughout an event through program sign-ups and sales.

The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail, an outgoing and enthusiastic work-ethic, positive attitude and desire to learn & grow within the sports marketing industry. The Brand Ambassador will act as an extension of the Cleveland Browns when out in the community.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from events
• Ability to transport props to and from events
  
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand for 4+ hours at events
• Ability to lift items over 50 pounds
• Ability to work alongside and/or manage a small team
• Punctuality and strong time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Passion to drive fan-obsession for the Cleveland Browns
• Desire to work in sports (marketing) preferred
