The role of the Strategic Operations team is to help the organization achieve its strategic goals through efficient support and leadership. The Strat Ops team is focused on tackling special projects, amplifying our leadership teams’ impact and being a resource to departments who are facing complex challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations for the executive team including scheduling, preparing for meetings and presentations and managing logistics.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on the President & CEO’s behalf including phone calls and e-mails.
  • Bring a strategic approach to administrative duties that enables the executive team to focus on the most critical tasks at hand.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for the President & CEO including booking flights, ground transportation, hotel rooms and other appointments.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Operations team to support the overall operations of the team facility including the planning and execution of events held onsite.
  • Operate as a surrogate for the executive team, at times representing their point of view in decision making processes.
  • Contribute to and execute projects that range in scale, working closely with individuals from different departments and outside organizations, from initial planning to completion.
  • Facilitate teamwork across departments by advancing communication up and down the organization to increase collaboration and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability communicate effectively in person and across digital platforms, with various stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends as needed
