Title: Analyst, Partnership Insights 
 
Job Summary 
 
The Partnership Strategy Analyst will play an integral role in the Partnerships group by strengthening prospective partner proposals with data and evaluating & optimizing current partner campaigns. The ideal candidate is confident in analyzing numbers and interpreting what they mean and is a proactive problem-solver. This unique hybrid role is best suited for both a creative & analytical mind versed in brand partnerships, marketing, digital media, and analytics.  
 
Responsibilities: 
 
  • Partnership Sales Support
  • Lead in-depth categories and company analysis and benchmarking
  • Help develop a data-backed go-to-market strategy for priority sales categories 
  • Support Partnership Sales proposals by identifying opportunities best suited to partner KPIs
  • Develop materials, including case studies and custom audience alignment slides, to strengthen prospect pitches with data from third-party partners
 
  • Partnership Measurement 
  • Drive day-to-day management of Rams partnership tracking platforms, including social analytics and earned media tracking tools 
  • Track partner campaigns across social and digital channels, providing real-time insights and data-driven optimization recommendations 
  • Present campaign insights and recaps to internal media team, account managers, and partners
  • Support execution of partner brand health studies, including survey design, content development, and reporting results
 
  • Department Strategy & Internal Reporting 
  • Provide recommended valuation for various partner assets, including social & digital series, in-stadium signage, etc. 
  • Support monthly reporting across the Partnerships group, including sales pipeline insights, year-to-date revenue breakdown, partner assets, and key Rams audience insights 
  • Support annual third-party data partner evaluation 
  • Collaborate with partnership executives on monthly NFL revenue reports
 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 1-3 years full-time experience
  • Strategic thinker with strong creative & analytical skill 
  • Outstanding attention to detail in all tasks, big and small 
  • Strong professional communication and organizational skills 
  • Confidence & proven ability to analyze and interpret data 
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint 
  • Experience in data visualizations a plus 
  • Experience in social, digital, and paid social media strategy a plus 
  • Experience in related fields preferred (e.g., brand partnerships, brand strategy, analytics) 
 
Salary Range: $66,600k/yr. - $67,500k/yr.
