We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Manager to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the Commercial Marketing & Experiences department within the LA Rams Partnerships Team.
This role will report to the Sr. Director, Commercial Marketing & Experiences and works in service of driving revenue, in execution and management of both Partner & Commercial Marketing driven experiences,
working cross functionally across the department, team, and organization, in every respect.
Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with the Partnership Management & Sales team with specific focus in bringing live and experiential aspects of Partner deliverables to life on game day and non-game days throughout the year.
- Lead the planning and execution of partner-related events and activations, including game days, sponsorships, community outreach programs, and special events.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts as well as assist in Founding Level / Tier 1 priority accounts as called upon.
- Responsible for coordinating deliverables associated with assigned Partner experiences, including tracking timelines and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Coordinate logistics for partner-related events, including game days, sponsor activations, community outreach programs, and other special events.
- Act as primary point of contact for partners regarding operational inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including creative, partnership management, marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of partnership activations and initiatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Assist the execution of Commercial Marketing experiences as called upon.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience in production, operations, partnership management, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships, experiences, and vendors in driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues to achieve collective goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and make data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of the NFL landscape and familiarity with league policies and procedures is a plus, not required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the sports industry and the Team Schedule.
- May be asked to travel for work from time to time.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service mindset.
- Desire to lead by example with commitment to supporting the team and organization
- High level of integrity with a hands-on, goals-oriented, solutions-oriented, and team-oriented approach; an excellent partner at all levels

- Must be ok with a hybrid work scenario with in-office days on Mondays & Wednesdays

Pay Rate: $67k/yr. - $75k/yr.
