Summary:

The Associate Producer is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and updating all in-venue creative content packages for the Miami Dolphins, as well as working with all stakeholders to create and maintain content packages for the Miami Open and the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. This role is jointly responsible for ensuring the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, and related entities are on the forefront of venue based creative design & broadcast functionality.

Location:

This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:
  • Miami Dolphins
    • Act as assistant producer of in-game and second screen production
    • Serve as the primary creator and project manager of event motion & creative content assets
    • Manage the content creation & load-in for the ROSS Xpression CG & Graphics system
    • Assist in managing internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
    • Serve as the internal expert on venue content creation and the ROSS Xpression CG & Graphics System capabilities and function
    • Produce select Special Events production as assigned
    • Assist the Events team with other duties as assigned
  • Miami Open & Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix
    • Project manage content deliverables for all campus displays to ensure viability of use
    • Provide direction and management of creative content assets to ensure all files meet brand standards
    • Update creative content packages as needed prior to and throughout the events
    • Manage creative content package files for long-term historical reference and display
    • Management and creation of all sponsor obligation content for display throughout the campus
  • Hard Rock Stadium
    • Create creative content packages to ensure all creative content meets brand standards
    • Project manage the content creation & load-in for the ROSS Xpression CG & Graphics system
    • Support clients with knowledge of the ROSS Xpression CG & Graphics system and LED board graphics requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Associates degree in Broadcasting, Communications, PR, Graphic Design or substantial experience in creative content, motion design and/or the ROSS Xpression CG & Graphics system
  • 2+ years’ experience in creative content and motion design (preferably sports design or related entity)
  • Collaborative, innovative, passionate, results-oriented person
  • Ability to prioritize, mediate and cope with rapid change and be comfortable with problem solving while maintaining calm under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic company
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
  • Knowledge of 3D Editing software (Cinema 4D or similar program)
  • Knowledge of or the ability to learn the ROSS Xpression CG & Graphics system
