Status: Full-time

                                                           
Summary:

The Manager, Business Solutions will be responsible for supporting the Business Solutions team within our Corporate Partnerships department. The Business Solutions Team is the strategy arm of Corporate Partnerships that is ultimately tasked with helping generate revenue and drive value for the team’s corporate partners by working directly with the Partnership Activation and Sales teams.

This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Development:
    • Work closely with Partnership Sales team to identify the business objectives of a prospective client and translate those needs and goals into a holistic partnership plan.
    • Communicate with internal stakeholders to develop holistic and strategic partnerships that meet the brand’s objectives.
    • Responsible for ensuring effective communication between departments in order to facilitate collaboration and foster performance
    • Develop sales enablement tools including client proposals, term sheets, prospecting sheets, thought starter documents, decks, etc.
    • Work with internal creative team to maintain brand standards and develop compelling storytelling within partnership proposal
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Lead data aggregation for performance metrics for monthly partner scorecards in-season and end of season recaps Work alongside stakeholders to collect meaningful insights and to create compelling stories for new and current partner programs
    • Collect information from third party vendors from sponsorship analytics and create an analysis of platform capabilities and develop suggestions/insights to stakeholders 
      • Be point of contact for third party relationships alongside Business Solutions Managers as well as be responsible for the on-boarding process of third-party vendor programs to internal staff
  • Asset Management:
    • Proactively identify and capitalize on new partnership sales opportunities that support the brand and business
    • Oversee the maintenance of all corporate partnership inventory (e.g., gameday assets, digital/social assets, etc.)
    • Assess current industry trends and anticipate the potential for growth and development to assist the Corporate Partnerships team
    • Evaluate and provide strategies to create new inventory based on current and historical sales data from all NFL teams
  • Partnership Growth:
    • Collaborate with Partnerships team to identify strategic growth opportunities for the purpose of renewals and upsells of current partner brands.
    • Work closely with Partnerships team to ensure we’re meeting and exceeding partners brand KPI’s.
    • Develop concepts for incremental use with insights provided by the Partnership Activation teams.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Work with Business Solutions team to run and operate efficient workflow process within the Partnerships team.
  • Establish interdepartmental relationships and work cross-department on partnership strategy development.  
  • Participate in weekly cross-organizational meetings and be a Partnerships Sales team liaison to outside departments within the organization.
  • Assist in managing department CRM system with data aggregation and clean ups
  • Assist with helping maintain and enforce department processes
  • Work closely with other members of the Corporate Partnership team and other internal departments to achieve department goals and objectives
  • Support the franchise mission statement, vision and values by exhibiting excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, empowerment of others, commitment to our community outreach programs, accountability and ownership of work
  • Other duties as assigned by Corporate Partnership Team (i.e. Partnership Marketing support, sales support, etc.)

Qualifications:
  • College Degree (preferably in Marketing or Sports Management) or equivalent work experience
  • Marketing and promotions planning experience
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects while working with many categories of clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as KORE is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required 
  • Must possess a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
