Summary:

The Ticket & Revenue Analyst will report to and assist the Director of Analytics maximizing the ticket sales revenue for the events of the Miami Dolphins, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, Miami Open, and Hard Rock Stadium. We are looking for this role to analyze current market and historic trends to make pricing and inventory recommendations for our events from Dolphin’s season tickets to Miami Open grounds passes. This role will act as a bridge between data and decision-making, helping the organization make informed choices to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals.

Location:

This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities:
  • Recommend and implement operating tactics, goals, and strategies to maximize revenue and achieve organizational objectives while controlling expenses
  • Collect and analyze current market and economic indicators that may impact organizational goals
  • Create pricing models for the Miami Dolphins, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, and Miami Open events from season tickets to grounds passes
  • Collaborate with the data platform team to build reporting dashboards and manage roadmap of new report requests and enhancements
  • Forecast and predict customer demand for all ticketed products
  • Serve as an information resource for Ticket Operations and Ticket Sales on historical data, ticket forecasting, and pricing models
  • Tackle ad-hoc reporting needs that dive a level deeper for the end users’ specific needs
  • Collaborate effectively with all departments to establish reliable and meaningful reporting standards while providing quantitative and logical support as needed
  • Design and deliver clear and concise presentations involving complex and thorough data analysis
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required — Analytics, Statistics, Math, Economics, or Business Administration with emphasis in one of the previously listed disciplines
  • 2+ years experience with SQL (A SQL assessment will be part of the interview process)
  • 2+ years experience with statistical software packages (R, Python, SAS)
  • 2+ years experience in Data and/or Analytics
  • Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Power BI, Tableau experience is acceptable)
  • Communicates well and works effectively across disciplines (sales, marketing, IT, finance, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic and drive to improve
