Position Overview: Pro Shop is seeking a talented and motivated E-commerce Manager to lead
our online sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce
stores, driving online sales, optimizing the user experience. The role will also support building
and running effective acquisition and retention marketing campaigns. This role requires a
proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to manage various aspects of our e-
commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
● E-commerce Strategy and Management:
○ Work with Commerce team members to develop and implement the e-commerce
strategy to achieve revenue targets.
○ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product
listings, pricing, inventory management, and order management.
○ Monitor and analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior to
identify opportunities for improvement.

● User Experience Optimization:
○ Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure a consistent and
engaging user experience on the website, optimizing navigation, search
functionality, and checkout processes.
○ Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance site aesthetics and
functionality.
○ Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to improve conversion rates and
customer satisfaction.
● Digital Marketing:
○ Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
○ Landing Page Development & Optimization: Lead the development, testing, and
continuous optimization of landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
○ Analyze marketing performance and ROI, making data-driven recommendations
for optimization.
● Email Marketing:
○ Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers with
support of design team.
○ Segment email lists and personalize email content to target specific customer
segments.
○ Monitor email campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to
improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
● Analytics and Reporting:
○ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce
activities.
○ Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on e-commerce
performance and trends.
○ Use analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
● Affiliate Management:
○ Develop, manage, and optimize the affiliate marketing program to drive
incremental revenue
○ Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance, ensuring accurate tracking
and attribution.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the retail or consumer
goods industry.
● Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify & digital marketing.
● Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and email marketing platforms
(e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
● Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
effectively.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for golf and understanding of the golf community is a plus.

The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000, depending on experience
and qualifications.
