Position Overview:
Pro Shop is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Product to join our dynamic team. The Senior Director, Product will work across all business units and be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. This includes funnel optimization, product analytics, and financial analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful product teams and delivering products that achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Work across all Pro Shop business units and brands to develop and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall business goals.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and efficient systems architecture to support product initiative.
  • Utilize data to drive product decisions, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement data, and industry trends.
  • Use and communicate product KPIs to assess business impact and drive progress.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align product financial goals with company objectives.
  • Utilize segmentation data to tailor marketing and product development efforts to different customer groups.
  • Analyze buyer and content viewer data to understand user behavior, retention rates, and lifetime value.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required; product-related field of study or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field. 
  • Product management experience or product design with a focus on software products and technologies
  • Experience with transactional and ecommerce platforms
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-pace, high-pressure, independent environment

The salary range for this position is between $200,000-$250,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
