The Role
Assisting the Managing Director, Head of Business Development and Operations, in achieving the overall departmental goal of executing USTA Coaching’s overall vision and strategy for the continued growth, recruitment, and retention of coaches within the US.
  • Development and Operations including but not limited to: calendar, email, and expense management; travel planning; meeting & conference call coordination; preparation of correspondence and reports as required.
  • Support projects and tasks for USTA Coaching, programs, events, and other initiatives. 
  • Identify, plan, and execute special projects aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Create and edit documents such as agendas, meeting materials, letters/memos, meeting summaries, requisition forms, monthly reports, dashboard goals, surveys, events calendars, presentations, etc.
  • Provide digital assistance with virtual meetings, webinars, and training by establishing registration details, backend support/navigation, presentation development, and recording distribution associated with Zoom Meetings and virtual conferences.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as scanning documents, making copies, opening/sorting mail, and shipping packages.
  • Work within Concur to process invoices, check requests, purchase orders, and travel expense reimbursements.
  • Gather and catalog various reports, W9s, COI, waivers, legal agreements, etc.
Who You are
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a professional office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite & G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), Adobe Photoshop, Monday.com, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom & Google Meet.
  • Possess the ability to learn & manipulate new programs and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability in coordination, organization, and data management.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and develop rapport with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Confidentiality is a must.
  • This position is designated as "hybrid/flex" in Orlando and may allow for both remote and on-site work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements, as updated from time to time.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $38,000 - 43,000 plus overtime.   This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
