Job Overview: The Corpus Christi Athletic Club is seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Tennis Coach
to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in tennis, a drive to develop players of all ages
and skill levels, and a desire to be part of a vibrant community, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct private and group tennis lessons for both adults and children.
- Develop and improve the skills of players at all levels, from beginners to advanced competitors.
- Utilize a solid understanding of red, orange, and green ball progression for junior players.
- Commit to teaching 30+ hours per week, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging and effective training programs tailored to individual needs.
Qualifications:
- A Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) of 9 or higher.
- Experience with coaching all ages of players.
- Collegiate playing experience preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally within the field of tennis coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire players of all ages.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Projected income exceeding $70,000 in the first year.
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more
- 3-month retainer of up to $3000 is available based on experience and qualifications.

The Corpus Christi Athletic Club is a premier fitness destination featuring:
- 4 indoor tennis courts
- 8 outdoor tennis courts
- 8 indoor pickleball courts
- 2 pools, sauna, and jacuzzi
- Weight room and massage services
- A community of over 15,000 members
- Abundance of lessons available. There are only two full time coaches and two part time coaches
